I got the number! Do I call her tomorrow?

This is by far the most talked about scenario we have all heard. So you got the guy/girls number. What next? Do you call her the next day? Next week? Maybe you call her the following month? This is a real tough situation to be in, as we all get excited when we first get that number. You think to yourself, well I got the number, so the person must obviously like me. Right? This can be two sided, either the person could have given you a fake number and pretended to be in to you. Or they could have really given you their real number. For whatever reason, you got a number and can brag about it to your friends. I always tell people, if you think you felt the person and had a good conversation, then go ahead and call them the next day. More than likely, if they were into, it shouldn’t be a problem. I usually wait 1 to 2 days myself, just as a buffer. You don’t want to show too much interest, but then again you dont want to wait too long where they may forget you. Timing is key!

The first encounter

This is by far the most difficult time for almost anyone, most certainly for men. What do you? How do you approach this? I have myself been in many situations where I find a girl attractive and say to myself, “Ok there she is, just go talk to her.” What happens at the end? Nothing. I was like this when I was younger. I was simply scared of the rejection. As I got older, I learned that you have to ultimately get past the first encounter and take rejection if it comes to you. In life, you have to deal with rejection anywhere you go, not just in the dating scene. Take it, accept it and move on. One piece of advice for anyone – don’t ever let one girl/guy hold you back. Life is too short to fear talking to a member of the opposite sex.
